“ I never thought I’d live in Indy growing up. Having grown up closer to Chicago, that’s where I always thought I’d end up. However, as I was exploring options post-graduation from Purdue, I was drawn to Indy for the affordability, the ability to create balance in my life, and for the job opportunities. Once I moved here, it was always my plan to move somewhere “cooler,” but then I moved to Fountain Square and absolutely fell in love with the city and decided to make this my permanent home. A year later, my husband and I purchased our first home in the near east side. “
