Here are a few of Indy’s homegrown networks that support and inspire our professional community.

Young Professional Networks

IndyHub is the largest network of young professionals in Indianapolis, empowering and engaging them in the local community. They connect you with opportunities around the city and host their own programs—from volunteer fairs to book clubs.

Young Professionals of Central Indiana is a networking group designed to help 20–30-year-olds grow their career, create lasting friendships, and give back to the community. They host regular happy hour meetups as well as panel discussions with local professionals.

Mid-Career Networks

Rainmakers is a national business development organization that began right here in Indianapolis. They host a wide range of business-focused and educational events for B2B professionals as well as consulting services to support their members’ business endeavors.

Indy Black Professionals is a networking group that supports Black professionals and encourages collaboration with other minorities throughout the city. Their events amplify the voices of Indianapolis’ Black community and help them succeed.

Network of Women in Business is an Indianapolis-based community of women in business across all industries. They offer free, casual networking events throughout the city to help professional women grow in their career and make new connections with each other.

Executive Level Networks

The Indy Chamber is a voice of progress in Indianapolis. They unite our community leaders in advocacy efforts and economic development initiatives to bolster the region. Members also have access to community-wide networking events and support resources that propel Indy’s businesses forward.

The Central Indiana Corporate Partnership (CICP) is more than a networking group. They bring together executives from Central Indiana’s corporations, foundations, and universities to collaboratively support the region. Their industry-specific initiatives foster growth in Indy’s key industries with projects, partnerships, and events.
