4. Tuttle Orchards – Greenfield, IN
Tuttle Orchards is a local favorite for both family fun and fresh produce. This chilly November weather means we’re past pumpkin patch and apple picking season, but the Tuttle’s Farm Store stocks farm-fresh foods and holiday treats all year long.
This Thanksgiving, consider stopping by the orchard to pick up a turkey, fresh veggies, or specialty take-and-bake pies to share with those you care about most. Take a look at what’s in stock online or call ahead to make sure you know before you go!
5. Taylor’s Bakery – Indianapolis and Fishers, IN
What’s a Thanksgiving dinner without dessert? If you’re in need of an in-law impressing sweet treat, I recommend visiting Indy’s oldest operating bakery—Taylor’s! Taylor’s Bakery is best known for their fluffy custom cakes, cookies, and donuts. But you can also get delicious pies and sides for the holiday season.
With online ordering and two convenient locations to pick up from, you’re bound to find a dessert that the whole family will love. If you’re feeling especially indulgent, you can even take the opportunity to snag some donuts for breakfast!

8. Half Liter BBQ – Indianapolis, IN
Need the whole dinner package? Located in South Broad Ripple, Half Liter BBQ is a favorite in northside Indy—and lucky for us, they sell “Take & Bakes” dinners every Thanksgiving season.
