Shay moved to Indy from Iowa to pursue her Masters in Museum Studies in 2017 and fell in love with the city. She created City of Shay as a local resource and guide to help young 20- and 30-somethings live a full life in Indianapolis within their means. Her blog is here to prove that there’s truly something for everyone in this city. Because Indy isn’t boring!
